4 Course Private Events Dinner Menu


Our large party menu consist of 4 course of meal including
3 Cold Appetizers, 3 Hot Appetizers, 1 Salad, Mix Grill, and Dessert Platters.
(Tea and American Coffee are also included).

   
APPETIZERS
Patlican Salatasi
Mashed eggplant blended with herbs.
Soslu Patlican
Cubes of eggplant baked with olive oil and garnished with tomatoes, green
Humus
Chickpea & tahini paste, seasoned with garlic and olive oil.
Haydari
Thick cream of yogurt mixed with walnuts and garnished with fresh dill.
Sigara Boregi
Phyllo scrolls stuffed with feta cheese, pan-fried till golden brown.
Kalamar Tava
Fried calamari, served with garlic sauce.
Manti
Poached beef dumplings, served with garlic yogurt sauce.
 
ENTREES
Mixed Grill Platers (Combination of following three grills)
 Izgara Kofte : Char grilled ground lamb seasoned with Turkish spices. Tavuklu Adana Kebab: Char grilled ground chicken, seasoned with spicy red peppers. Mantarli Tavuk Sis: Skewered cuts of chicken breast & mushrooms char grilled.

DESSERT
Mix Dessert Platters (Combination of following four desserts )
Baklava: Very thin layers of dough with walnuts in between layers. Revani: Samolina based pistachio cake soaked in home made syrup. Kadayif: Shredded wheat with pistachio. Kayisi Tatlisi: Poached apricots stuffed with whole almonds and Turkish cream.

Fresh tomato, cucumber, parsley, green pepper and onion mix.
