Phyllo scrolls stuffed with feta cheese, pan-fried till golden brown.

Fried calamari, served with garlic sauce

Poached beef dumplings, served with garlic yogurt sauce.

Mixed Grill Platers (Combination of following four grills)
Doner Kebab: Vertically grilled lamb sliced very thin, served over rice. Izgara Kofte: Char grilled ground lamb seasoned with Turkish spices. Tavuklu Adana Kebab: Char grilled ground chicken, seasoned with spicy red peppers. Mantarli Tavuk Sis: Skewered cuts of chicken breast & mushrooms char grilled.
 
~ DESSERT ~
Mix Dessert Platters (Combination of following four desserts)
Baklava: Very thin layers of dough with walnuts in between layers. Revani: Samolina based pistachio cake soaked in home made syrup. Kadayif: Shredded wheat with pistachio. Kayisi Tatlisi: Poached apricots stuffed with whole almonds and Turkish cream.
