Okra and chunks of lamb. Baked with fresh tomatoes. Served with rice.  ( can be prepared without lamb)

Chargrilled zucchini, eggplant, mushroom, tomatoes and green peppers served over smoked eggplant puree.

 "St. Peter's Fish" Filet Tilapia, chargrilled or pan-fried, served with rice.

Very thin layers of dough with pistachio in between layers. 

Keskul

Almond pudding made with milk and cracked almonds.

Semolina based pistachio cake soaked in home made syrup.

Kadayif

Baked shredded wheat with pistachio.

Halva

Sesame seed.

Fresh tomato, cucumber, parsley, green pepper and onion mix.
